Operations Manual has been spit in 3 parts. Motivation of the Split –Not all ROCs have moved to the regional model yet –Separate OPS Manual describing the responsibilities of ROCs/Sites –Separate OPS Manual describing the responsibilities for COD 3

Enabling Grids for E-sciencE EGEE-III INFSO-RI COD 19, Monday 30 March The New OPS Manuals Operational Procedures Manual for regular COD –Describes the tools and procedures for the regular COD (Federations that are not yet following the regional model) Operational Procedures Manual for Regional Operations (ROD) and central COD (C-COD) –Describes the tools and procedures to be followed for all parties (ROD, C-COD and ROCs Sites) Operational Procedures Manual for ROCs and Sites –Describes the tools and procedures that are relevant to ROCs and Sites –Site administrators can identify their obligations also in relation with the SLA document that refers to it. 4
