ADDITIONAL PROJECTS  Back-Up Generators, District Wide $2.6M - Design: AMC Engineering, 1oo% design - Wolverine Supply the low bidder - Contract includes base bid; Wasilla MS, Wasilla HS, Palmer HS -- Awarded alternates; Big Lake ES, Butte ES, Snowshoe ES, Willow ES and the Operations & Maintenance Building - Contract award approved March 1 by the assembly  Big Lake ES Renovation Ph II $800K, and ADA Parking Upgrades $200K - Flooring, washroom partitions, and parking lot are complete - Corridor lighting/ceiling contract approved by the assembly Jan 12 with work to start spring/summer 2016  District Wide HVAC Upgrades $7.1M - Design: PDC Engineers, Contractor: Wirtanen Construction - Scope includes upgrading building controls from pneumatic to direct digital controls and is approximately 65% complete - Work to continue into the 2017 school year with ph II advertised now

ADDITIONAL PROJECTS cont.  District Wide Energy Upgrades $3.1M (Gym Lighting and Windows) - New LED Gym lighting project is complete - Partial window replacements at 18 schools will be advertised this month for summer 2016 construction  Flooring Replacements $900K (2010 and 2011 flooring bond balances) - Poured rubber gym floors at Sherrod and Swanson are complete - Poured rubber gym floor at Pioneer Peak Elementary over spring break - Next phase includes carpet at Butte, Cottonwood, Finger Lake, Goose Bay, Sherrod, Swanson, Trapper Creek, and Willow Elementary Schools for a total of 108,000 SF of new carpet, currently advertised for bids  Roof Bond Balance $800K - Sutton ES reroof and Tanaina ES roof modifications closed Jan Contract to EP Roofing approved Feb 16 for summer 2016 completion
