About the Host 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS FT- some background Delivering service change through an Integrated Business Transformation Programme with workforce modelling, resourcing and development at the heart. Our long term aim is workforce redesign with no redundancies As the host to the Hub we aim to “…. Provide leadership for the development of the current and future workforce of the NW, developing workforce planning capability to support the establishment of innovative roles across the career framework…”
