Bexar County WCID #10 -- A Water Control & Improvement District Created By The State Board of Engineers on November 28, Not Part of Bexar County, City of Windcrest or SAWS -- Provide Water/Wastewater Service to Residents of Windcrest -- Offices Located in City Hall -- Governed by Elected Board of Directors --- Serve Staggered Terms --- Election Every Two Years -- Seven Full Time Employees - One Part Time - Who is Bexar County WCID Responsible for Day-to-Day Operations

Bexar County WCID #10 -- Four Wells Capable of 6,552,000 gal/day --- Over 2 1/2 Time Worst Case Usage -- Booster Station Capable of 2,160,000 Gallons -- Thirty-Five Miles of Water Mains -- Twenty-Eight Miles of Sewer Mains --- Wastewater Treated by the SAWS -- Three Storage Facilities Store 1,085,000 Gallons -- FACILITIES
