Coach Learning Experience # 4 Fundamental Must Have Tools of a Quality of Life Coach A Quality of Life Coach is intentional about wearing a Green Hat. The purpose of the Green Hat is to create clarity and focus for each professional to be supportive, positive, optimistic and focused on supporting people we serve to have a good life. When wearing the conceptual Green Hat a professional will: Focus on Respect First Openly display appreciation for others Ask thoughtful questions Look for solutions Focus on win-win outcomes Use a Beginners' Mind approach Green Hat 3
