Marriage & Family Roles Marriage and family roles can be identified in three ways…  One’s position  One’s responsibility  One’s attitude

The Children: Their Responsibility  Their responsibility to God: Remember your Creator (Psa. 71:5, 17; Eccl. 11:9 - 12:1)  Their responsibility to others: Be a good example (1 Tim. 4:12; Tit. 2:6-8)

The Children: Their Responsibility  Their responsibility to themselves: Cleanse their way (Psa. 119:9) Learn God’s wisdom (Prov. 1:4; 7:7) Bear the yoke of youth (Lam. 3:27) Be saved (Mt. 19:22) Be spiritually strong (1 Jn. 2:13-14)
