Discussion There is no definite difference between AC-IOL and scleral fixation of PC-IOL in IOP change and visual acuity improvement There is no definite difference between AC-IOL and scleral fixation of PC-IOL in IOP change and visual acuity improvement Scleral fixation of PC-IOL is one of the useful method if it is difficult to implant PC-IOL Scleral fixation of PC-IOL is one of the useful method if it is difficult to implant PC-IOL But, we need to evaluate corneal endothelial cell, corneal astigmatism, lens tilting and systemic disease as diabetic retinopathy or hypertensive retinopathy.
