Growing the seed.

Action without vision is a nightmare.

LIFE IS EDUCATION Education is not preparation for life ; education is life itself. -John Dewey

THE ROOTS OF EDUCATION IS BITTER ; BUT THE IS SWEET BUT THE IS SWEET

MAN MINUS EDUCATION IS EQUAL TO HUMAN WITHOUT VALUES

EDUCATION TRANSFORMS A HUMAN INTO A HUMAN BEING

HOW DOES EDUCATION RAISE THE STATUS OF THE LEARNER ?

WHAT IS THE RELATION BETWEEN EDUCATION & FUTURE OF THE CHILD ?

KENDRIYA VIDYALAYAS BEING SCHOOLS OF EXCELLENCE FOCUS ON “VALUE-BASED EDUCATION"

THE SCHOOL IS AN ACRONYM OF VALUES S IS FOR SINCERITY. C IS FOR CAPACITY. H IS FOR HONESTY. O IS FOR OBEDIENCE,THE NEXT O IS FOR ORDERLINESS. L IS FOR LEARNING.

SO THE SCHOOL IS FOR SINCERITY, CAPACITY, HONESTY, OBEDIENCE, ORDERLINESS AND LEARNING. FOR THESE THINGS I CAME TO SCHOOL AND WITH THESE THINGS I WILL LEAVE THE SCHOOL. BY STUDENT

ROLE OF A TEACHER IN SHAPING THE PERSONALITY OF A CHILD AN IGNITED MIND IS THE MOST POWERFUL RESOURCE ON EARTH, ABOVE THE EARTH AND UNDER THE EARTH.

An Ideal teacher helps students develop into self-motivating learners. Students who are encouraged to become motivated lifelong learners will be more successful in and out of the classroom.

Dear teacher, Write these inspiring words in your Classroom and see the difference …

Dear children, When you enter this classroom … You are Scientists You are Explorers You are Important You are Loved

You are Respected You are a Friend You are the reason We are here ! Love ! Teacher

TEACHER HAS A MULTIPLE ROLE IN CLASSROOM

Role of a Teacher Planning differentiated activities. Giving enough time to different groups of children. Catering for all different needs. Aiming your lesson at the right level. Catering for pupils’ lack of interest or ability.

Keep learner in the Centre. Giving primacy to children’s experience, voices and active participation. Plan activities keeping child’s psychological developments. Give opportunities to tryout, manipulate, make mistakes and correct. Let learning be for enjoyment and satisfaction.

Respected teacher, Be a Role model to your students inculcating in them values such as self discipline, devotion to duty, punctuality, honesty and truthfulness. Inspire students to learn in a variety of ways.

Be passionate yourself, and share your passion with your students and make them worship your subject. Explain why and how of things. Teach for understanding. Be supportive, kind and open. You have got an opportunity to nurture young minds. Build strong minds that shape our country’s future.
