DEMOGRAHPICS What are demographics? –a particular sector of a population YOU CANNOT TARGET EVERYONE –For example: If you are an upscale bakery, you do not try to target low income consumers Does the area you are looking into match the demographic that you want? This is where you researching skills are put to the test
