AKHİSAR -MANİSA/ TURKEY ENERGY FOR LIFE MY SCHOOL

 Fevzi Keskinoğlu Anatolian High School was opened in Academic Year.  It was built on be half of a charitable man named Fevzi Keskinoğlu. He financed the building and then he turned it over to the government.

Our school is a public school. It has got about 375 students and 20 teachers. It is about four kilometres far from the city center. Students take school buses to get to the school.

We have got a lot of disadvantaged students and some of our students are from rural areas of Akhisar. We also have some immigrant students.

Our school aims to teach and train them well. We aim with this project to support our students to practise the foreign language that they have learned during their education and increase the quality of our educational activities.

We also want our students to be aware of the existence of different cultures and the beauties hidden behind them.

Our students are very lucky. Perhaps you have heard about a famous project “Fatih”. Our school is equipped with interactive computers in all classrooms and all the students will get tablets. In the following years we will give up using books instead we are going to use tablets and interactive computers.

We have a wide garden and a gym for our students. Since we are a new school,we don’t have any great successes except from a few MEDALS and CUPS in the field of athletics

But we are sure we will be one of the leading high schools in the following years. We are sure good days are waiting for us.
