Does the fact that the film was made 15 years after the events mean that it is useless to us as historians?

Innocent families were not trampled underfoot on the beaches: the weather was so cold and wet the teenagers had the beach to themselves. There was no evidence of drink or drugs or gang warfare. Answer A The message of the cartoonist is that the young people who have been fighting against each other are ignorant morons who are violent and out of control. The cartoonist is clearly being negative about young people. This can be seen by the way that the cartoonist has drawn the boy. He has run over a policeman and is carrying weapons in his pockets and there are more on the floor. He has been drawn to look stupid and seems to be suggesting that the only reason he has been involved in violence is because he is bored and has nothing to do. This answer would get a level ___. This is because Answer C The message of the cartoonist is that the young people who have been fighting against each other are ignorant morons who are violent and out of control. The cartoonist is clearly being negative about young people. We can see from the bike that the youth has been to Clacton and the weapons and run-over policeman suggest he has been involved in the violence there. Many young people joined gangs like the mods and rockers during the 1960s and these gangs clashed throughout 1964 in seaside resorts like Clacton, Margate and Brighton. This is because Answer B The message of the cartoonist is that the young people who have been fighting against each other are ignorant morons who are violent and out of control. The cartoonist is clearly being negative about young people. During the 1964 there were various clashes between mods and rockers at seaside resorts in England like Clacton, Margate and Brighton. Many people believed that the increased freedom enjoyed by teenagers in the 1950s and 1960s, together with their greater wealth, meant that some young people were getting out of control.
