1.Specify type of project 2.Name of project 3.Number of members present 4.Rate from 5 (good) to 1(bad) Total number of everyone’s hours from every project that month

Example: 7:30 AM Outside of school at your sponsoring Kiwanis’ meetings

Interclub meeting possibilities: Another Key Club Kiwanis Club Other branch of Kiwanis family

What was the topic? Special speaker example: Kiwanian Lt. Governor Special Guest

NOT the club’s regular meetings– typically only officers and sponsors Club officers (President, Vice President, etc.)

Notifies your Lt. Governor that your club officers need help/have questions Provide a description of what we can do to help and an address where materials can be sent

Provide a description of what your club did to publicize Key Club Examples: Posters, Newspaper Articles, Announcements In order to receive credit, proof must be sent to the District Statistical Secretary via or snail mail

Rate Lt. Governor performance: 5=good job 1=bad job

Nominate an outstanding Key Club member for the chance for them to be featured in the Iolian Include a description of what makes them stand out Provide the contact information for the person who nominated the Key Clubber or someone that can provide more information on the nominee
