Essay Scoring Rubric Read the essay rubric and highlight key words. What are the most important elements to focus on when you write your essay?

The Big Four Include a Concession One of our country’s foundational ideas is that the electorate should make decisions with the most information possible. While such a notion is a reason to educate the masses, there is also a strong case to be made that a democracy cannot survive without a certain degree of government secrecy. Sometimes, it is important for the masses to remain uninformed so that our elected officials can provide for the safety of the citizens.

Plan and write an essay in which you develop your point of view on this issue. Support your position with reasoning and examples taken from your reading, studies, experience or observations.
