Definition Accident: Unplanned, unwanted events lead to injury, damage or loss. Incident: Unplanned, unwanted event that delays achievement of a task and may cause injury, illness, or property damage. Near Miss: A subset of incidents that could have resulted in injury, illness or property damage.

Unsafe Conditions

Working in unsafe Conditions Air-conditioning technician with two of Y.J staff were lifted by forklift to cargo warehouse rooftop to fix air- condition unit..!!!!
