BACKING UP DATA Means taking a copy of the data and keeping it away from the computer in a secure place. It is an exact copy of your original work. HOME NEXT BACK

RULES FOR BACKING UP 1.Never keep backup disks near the computer. If the computer is stolen the thieves may take the disks as well. 2.If you hold a lot of data which would be very expensive to be recreate, then you should invest a fire-proof safe to protect your backups against theft and fire.
