MSG 1 VIS08 Irradiance data

These are the waxing and waning irradiance using the.7 and.8 micron calibrations on the same data set (MSG1 Vis 08)

Here is the difference between the two calibrations. As you can see, the difference is minimal.

Here is the normalized difference, using (mean waxing – mean waning)/overall mean Not quite sure what you were expecting to see, but the points seem to have a general upward trend.

Dry Seasons Salar de Uyuni Reflectance data

These are the waxing and waning Reflectance using the Uyuni linear and SEVIRI.7 micron calibrations on the Uyuni data set. Note the data ends at 65° Moon phase angle; there is no waxing data past this point. These show significantly more scatter and curve opposite of the SEVIRI sets.

Here is the difference between the two calibrations. There is a lot more difference in values between the calibrations.
