Geological Features Kaleb Haase

Mountains This is formed when tectonic plate move into each other and start to rise up. This is in Colorado. This is formed from tectonic plates shifting.

Grand Canyon The Grand Canyon in Arizona was formed from tectonic plate pushing together and then going upward. Then water erodes to form rivers. This is mainly formed from tectonic plates.

San Andreas Fault This fault in California is forms when tectonic plates move away from each other. Rapid energy is released and that makes an earthquake.
