Project Green Rules Have Positive Attitude. Follow teacher directions the first time you are asked. Be on task during all work times. Keep hands, feet and objects to yourself. Safety First! Use tools as intended. Use the buddy system to move around campus. Use restroom and water next to Mrs. C’s room only. Be quiet and respectful when moving around campus Put tool and supplies in designated spots. Leave your work area cleaner than when you started. You must wear closed toe shoes.

Behavior Plan  Students will be given a warning the first time they are not following the rules.  Parents will be contacted following the second infraction.  Students will be given a referral the third time they are not following the rules.

Safety Contract Closed toe shoes required

Emergency Drills  Fire drill- go outside by nearest exit and meet us outside to our meeting spot.  Lockdown – go to nearest classroom and stay there. Don’t worry about telling me, they will let me know where you are.  Reverse Evacuation/Tornado/Shelter in Place – stop what you are doing and come back to the classroom immediately.

Campus Awareness  As you move around outside be aware of who is around. If you see someone suspicious please move indoors immediately and inform a teacher or administrator.  Students should not move around campus alone. Please use the buddy system at all times.

Projects  Students will be assigned groups.  Students will be given a choice sheet.

Field Trips Students who are failing core classes will not be permitted to attend the field trips.
