The Project Plan and deliver Adaptation Forum – September 18-21, 2012 Focused on food, medicine and plant security Interactive workshop format, networking opportunities, small and large group discussions

The Project Goals 1.Build the capacity of tribal and indigenous groups to build resilience in their communities to climate change. 2.Transfer the knowledge gained and lessons learned in the workshop to other communities across North America.

The Participants An application process to create a diverse, targeted and committed group of – Travel funding for approx. 25 people – Forum space for up to 60 people Community-level practitioners, academics, government representatives, community leaders – First Nation, Métis and Inuit communities (Canada) – Tribes (USA)
