Development of career information Career specialists in Estonia and Europe are the direct target group. For the development of the system, we: –communicate information and experience; –support learning mobility; –coordinate the provision of career services at regional level; –develop and introduce a quality assurance system; –introduce and develop a training system; –involve stakeholders; –organise and prepare information and methodological materials; –inform the public of career services. 4
