There can only be one winner!!

What is Game, Set and Match? Unlike the other achievements, this time there will only be one victorious winner from each year group. The winner will have the highest amount of achievement points over the entire year. Don’t despair! You still have plenty of time to gain as many points as you can.

Train hard and be prepared for the match (Use your planner correctly and complete all homework) Attend all training sessions to maintain focus and physical fitness (Punctuality and attendance to school)

Keep your eye on the ball. Be disciplined with your forehand, backhand and serve. Perfect your tennis grips. (Excellent behaviour – don’t become distracted.) Remain focussed, keep up your stamina and stay determined to win. Develop your Unit turn and Swing Shape. Practise to lower and drop and improve your Kinetic chain. (Complete all class work and homework even when you feel you don’t want to)

Respect court etiquette by wearing the correct tennis whites (Always wear the correct uniform to school) Don’t forget your tennis racket, your suntan lotion and plenty of water. (Bring the correct equipment to school)
