Step Two Put toothpaste on your toothbrush…

Step Three Brush your teeth for two or more minutes occasionally emptying toothpaste residue from your mouth into the sink basin…

Step Four Rinse your mouth out with water from the sink…

Step Five Rinse your toothbrush off with the clean water from the faucet…

Challenges While rushing your teeth you may accidentally brush too hard and your mouth may start to bleed! You may run out of toothpaste. You could possibly hit your uvula and gag.
