Hector Hector was a Greek Priam- was his father and his mother was Hucuba, they had about 50 sons and 50 daughters.
What he is best known for. Hector was the greatest warrier of Troy. Was the Trojan Prince. He didn’t approve of war between the Greeks and the people of Troy.
The Trojan War Hector was a leader in the Trojan War He lead the Trojans along with his brother’s into war.
Hectors Death and Other Facts Hector dies at the feet of Achilles from a spear to the throat. Hector begs Achilles for an honorable death and burial, but Achilles replies “ I will let dogs and vultures devour your flesh” A few minutes later Hector was dead Achilles then cut open Hectors legs and tied a rope to his feet and dragged him by his chariot in front of the gates. Hectors father bargained a ransom for his sons body and he then gave his son a proper burial.
