Single Map Find the scale bar at the bottom of your map. What is the range of values? Where do you find the highest and lowest values? Where are the extremes? Look for patterns. Describe them. Are they different on different continents or over water compared to over land? How do you explain these patterns?

Explore Annual Changes What changes do you see through the year? Pick a location or area. During which months show the extreme highs and lows? Why? What differences do you find over the oceans versus over the continents? Are there regions that remain unchanged over the year?

Relationships between Types of Data Group report… What relationships do you find? Try to explain what you think is the reason.
