 Currently 5 full-time faculty –  All carrying an overload  FTEF SUM = (annual)  110 sections per year  % of sections taught by adjunct: = 48% = 56% = 58%  % of sections taught by full-time (REG + OL): = 46% = 61% = 42% OUR PROGRAM

 :  FTES =  Enrollment (1 st census) = 4,761  Instruction Cost per FTES = $1692  NET EARNINGS = $548,023  Retention rate = 87%  Success rate = 64%  Disproportionate Impact Data: African American 70%, compared to % for all other ethnicities  Fill Rate = 99%  WSCH/FTEF = 686 OUR PRODUCTIVITY

OUR DEGREE Psychology AA-T (approved 2013)  Number of Majors  = 512  Degrees Awarded  = 0  = 3  = 40 (!!!)

 The Psychology program generates 25% of total FTES in BBSS; BBSS generates 28% of the FTES for all of MJC.  We maintain an average fill rate of 99% with an average section size of 52 students and 87% retention.  We are a low cost program as we do not require lab space or equipment.  More students will pursue the Psychology AA-T so we need to grow our program to meet demand.  We are highly PRODUCTIVE and EFFICIENT…hope to stay that way!
