2013 Annual Assessment $ % Increase $ Dues By-Laws has allowance for 15% increase or CPI (which is 1.5%) whichever is lower.

2013 Payment Schedule $365 if paid by $390 if paid by $515 if paid after Liens will be filed if not paid by August 1 st, lien filing fee of $ is added to the amount owed. Other collection actions might be taken as well.
