Getting “It” In Control Leadership Program

What’s ‘IT’ to you?

Introduction The Getting IT In Control Leadership Workshop for young adults can be offered as a one-day session, a nightly meeting or as a series of short, focused sessions. It works equally well with junior high/high school groups, community youth groups and with community youth leaders. The Leadership Workshop sessions provide exposure to life skills, personal management skills and group leadership skills. In addition, students learn to apply these skills in real-life leadership situations. Each session is designed to be presented by a team leader or other qualified trainers. Each lesson plan is designed to last approximately 50 minutes. Lessons may be combined or shortened due to time constraints.
