THURSDAY: BELLWORK You are going to take a quick quiz to see how anxious you are about taking the FCAT next week. Make a tally mark for each symptom you have, or have had.

WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN? If you have 8 or less checks you are in optimal condition! So what now???? Preparation = NO stress!!!! 4 – 8 checks = Mild 8 – 11 checks = Moderate 12 or more checks = Severe Anxiety
