CONFESSION AND JOY

CONFESSING JESUS AS LORD No one can really understand the true deep reality that JESUS is LORD without the Holy Spirit (I Cor 12:3)--- 3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost Let’s Pray Right Now for Holy Spirit REVELATION this morning

The Revelation that Jesus is LORD was radical for me I guess that I was like a lot of Christians, I could say the words but without much understanding and with little transformational reality in my life – Luke 6: And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

WHAT DOES LORD MEAN? The NAME of the LORD is----Name= Hashem= Character, Nature Jehovah—the Self existent one or Eternal One – Jehovah Is 12: Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation Translated Lord--- 6,327 of 7,003 times used Adon---Sovereign Lord, Master, Owner – Refers to God as Ruler and Owner of the Earth Adonia—My Lord – Brings concept of God the Lord Who is the Blesser of His Creation Yah----The Self Existent one Who is man’s Salvation (same as Jehovah) Kurios (Gk)—Supreme in Authority, controller, Master, Sir Rabboni---My Master---Mk 10:51 Despotes----Absolute Ruler----Luke 2:29; Acts 4:24; 2 Peter 2:1

WHY DOES A SETTLED CONFESSION BRING JOY? IT SETTLES THE ISSUE OF WHAT IS TRUE AND WHERE YOU STAND IT ESTABLISHES A FAITH POSITION AND CREATES EXPECTATION AND AGREEMENT WITH GOD’S WORD WHAT YOU THINK YOU WILL SAY AND WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO IT CLEARS YOUR MIND AND ESTABLISHES PEACE IT UNLOCKS YOUR FAITH AND RELEASES GOD’S GRACE (EPH 2:8,9)

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE THIS MORNING AND WHAT DO YOU CONFESS PUBLICALLY? DO YOU CONFESS JESUS AS YOUR PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR?

IF YES, IT WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING IT WILL INCREASES YOUR CONFIDENCE IN HIM AND CREATE JOY IN YOU IT WILL CREATE COMMITMENT TO PRESS FORWARD NO MATTER WHAT AND INCREASE YOUR JOY IT WILL DEVELOP CONTENTMENT IN YOU AND GIVE YOU CHRIST’S JOY
