Focus Questions Did you know what you were aiming to achieve/learn? Did you get there and how do you know? Identify 3 ways in which you were engaged in the learning process. Was there anything you needed to find out/explore yourself? What was the learning environment like?

‘Extra’ Questions Did you understand what you were saying? How? Did you understand what the teacher wanted you to do? How? How many times did you say the new language? How did you feel when you made a mistake? What different patterns of interaction were there? When were you provided with the written record of the language?
