Eat well exercise more

Breakfast is very important because it gives you energy. It will help you to learn better at school because you will be able to think and concentrate and you could have porridge,co co pops weetabix.

If you don’t have breakfast you will eat more throughout the day which can mean That you might be overweight.

Lunch is very important because your breakfast wears out so you need to eat lunch to re fuel your stomach with energy. For lunch you could have a tasty ham sandwich, a ripe banana, a creamy strawberry and banana yoghurt and a drink of water which doesn’t rot your teeth.

Here the eat well plate Fruits and vegetables. You should have 7-10 a day. They have vitamins and iron and they help to repair cuts.

Dinner is important because it will help you not to wake up in the night

Dinner needs to be healthy.
