STEPHANIE PETERSON MICROFIT Software and Equipment Proposal To be considered by the professional staff at the Rowan Rec Center.

Goal With an increase rate of obesity in American, health and fitness is becoming more popular. Gym memberships and interest in personal training are on the rise. MICROFIT software and equipment will create an easy, standard, and accurate way to test fitness in ALL clients and to organize ALL data.

Why Rowan? Updating Rowan to MICROFIT’s state of the art software and equipment will attract more members. With an increase number of fitness facilities in the area, MICROFIT will put our gym above the rest. Personal trainers will be able to provide client’s with visuals, which they could not receive elsewhere. This will help to retain clients.

MICROFIT HealthWizard Fitness Profile Software Description: State of the art computer software that collects data from a variety of exercise tests and creates organized reports. Follows ACSM guidelines. Purpose: Give the Rowan Rec Center a uniform process for evaluating all new clients. Organizes all fitness test results in one location. Use/Value: Printable reports can be used for baseline testing and progress testing. Gives clients a visual for motivation. Gathers important information to develop appropriate programs.
