Cuba By Nathan Mooney.

Information Cuba is a communist dictatorship around the size of Pennsylvania in the Caribbean.

Culture They dress and eat and dress like most Americans, they dress in casual cotton and linen and the usual meal contains sugar, corn, and black beans.

The people The majority of people are mixed and speak Spanish like most of Latin America, and most of their jobs contain farming and working in sugar-mills.

Government Their government is a communist dictatorship (which is why our government doesn't like them) run by Fidel Castro and being watched over by his brother, Raul. Their economy is pretty standard compared to most small country’s, but compared to ours its horrible.

Landmarks Some Havana (the capital) local attractions are the ancient wall of Havana and Cemeterio De Colon, Colon cemetery as translated by Google.

Cuban missile crisis The Cuban Missile Crisis was a confrontation between Cuba and the Soviet Union during the time of the Cold War.
