Museo de arte You will research 3 artists (Picasso, Dalí, and Picasso) and their artwork. Each artist will have a separate page in the CPR portfolio. Include the following. - Photo of each artist with basic bio in Spanish: Picasso, Dalí and Miró -date and location of birth and death, and interesting details of his life - Two paintings for each artist with personalized 2-3 sentence caption in Spanish for each painting (6 captions total). - Comments and paintings are presented digitally with color (not handpasted) Use the following websites for your gallery search. Museu Picasso - Teatre-Museu Dalí - and Fundació Joan Miró: bcn.org/fundaciojoanmiro.php?idioma=2http:// EC. (3pts): Do the same process for another famous Spanish artist.

Si te gusta EL ARTE o LA ARQUITECTURA: Pintura: Reproduce a painting by one of the artists (Picasso, Miró, Dalí) Mosaico: Make a mosaic of tiles in the style of Gaudi (see Parc Güell) Edificio: Draw a famous building in the style of Antoni Gaudí (could be any famous building or even your house!)

Si te gusta VER PELÍCULAS: Watch a travel video about Barcelona that’s at least 30 minutes long. Create a paper or real webpage highlighting your favorite places and info. Watch a movie that takes place in Barcelona. See… Show some photos of real places and tell what the characters did there. This Project must be approved by your parents as the movies are R rated. List title with details.

Si prefieres UN PROYECTO ORIGINAL You may also create a project that is yours alone, but you must discuss the plan with me and write up the project details. Your project could pertain to sports, bullfighting (which was recently made illegal), literature, holidays/customs, history…anything that interests you about Barcelona. YOU MUST GET APPROVAL FROM THE TEACHER
