Andres Schaefer Brett Coba

 Objective: Create a locker that can organize a high school students books, homework, pencils, pens, lunch, and be able to close it with no hassle.

 Team Norms: guidelines used to interact with one another through virtual communication or verbal communication.  Why Do we use team Norms? So we can establish what we can all do and how we can do it without any type of argument, or disagreement  What is a consensus? A agreement between multiple people.  Why is consensus important in the development of team norms? It gives a median of effort all members have to put in to achieve a goal without disagreement.  What is the purpose of a Gantt chart? It acts as a time chart for important project and can show overlapping parts of a project during a time period.

 Brett and I used verbal communication, unfortunately our partner was disabled from doing anything but picking his nose.  I did not expect any problems with my Partner  Creating our design with only 2 members  It was evenly distributed between both of us  Really nothing. In my opinion you have to verbally speak to someone in order to get the point across

 The locker has a smaller compartment on the top right for pencils, paper, and homework.  It has a larger opening on the left side which is used for a backpack, books, or anything you might need.  The medium sized opening on the bottom right side is used for lunches, books, or other important items.
