Enterprise Testing Uploading Test Cases into Quality Center March 5 th, 2007

2 Test Case Upload Location  All Release Test Case worksheets will be uploaded into the new Quality Center: Enterprise Testing

3 Step 1: Open Test Case Worksheet Enterprise Testing

4 Step 2: Highlight Rows to Upload in the Test Plan Enterprise Testing

5 Step 3: Go to Tool and Select “Upload to Quality Center” Then Enter the URL into step 1 of the upload Enterprise Testing

6 Step 4: Enter your user ID and Password for Quality Center Enterprise Testing

7 Step 5: Select the Domain and Release that the test cases need to loaded into Enterprise Testing

8 Step 6: Select the “Test Plan” radial button Enterprise Testing

9 Step 7: Choose the mapping you wish to use or create a new one Enterprise Testing

10 If you need to create a new mapping, it will bring up this screen. Follow the images at the top of the Test case worksheet for the mapping order Enterprise Testing

11 When you’re done it’ll look like this: Enterprise Testing

12 If the worksheet has errors you’ll get a splash screen like this: Enterprise Testing

13 If the Test Plan uploads successfully you’ll still get an error that looks like this. It says “The specified customization doesn’t exist”. Just press “cancel” to get past the error to the next screen. Enterprise Testing Good Error – This means it actually uploaded successfully

14 Step 8: Test Plan successfully uploaded Enterprise Testing

15 Step 9: Test Lab upload – click on the test lab tab and highlight rows to upload Enterprise Testing

16 Step 10: Click on “Tools” and select “Upload to Quality Center. Insert the QC URL if its not already there Enterprise Testing

17 Step 11: Log in again with your Quality Center user ID and password Enterprise Testing

18 Step 12: Choose the Domain and Release that the Test cases need to be loaded to (must be the same as test plan) Enterprise Testing

19 Step 13: Choose a mapping or create a new one Enterprise Testing

20 Step 14: When its mapped, click next to upload Enterprise Testing

21 If you errors, you’ll get another splash screen, like on the Test Plan Enterprise Testing

22 Step 15: If the Test Lap uploads successfully you’ll get a splash screen like this: Enterprise Testing
