Priority actions identified 1. Social marketing of OVC tools 2. Regional OVC cutting edge and emerging trends conference for Finance and resource tracking systems 4. Social protection / cash / credit transfer and national OVC responses 5. Joint country missions to support NPA’s 6. Advocacy and support of political processes 7. Africa representation on Global Fora 8. Social development innovations, research gaps, emerging issues towards programming

TOR for ESAR RIATT Define priority roles for civil society, UN, Private Sector, and donors in support of common regional goals identified by continental and regional institutions (IGOs/RECs) for accelerated implementation at country level Support operational research that stimulates a regional dialogue as well as provides insight for an scaled-up response for children Define common technical support tasks for regional responses that support national priorities
