Academic Outcomes Reported on Quarterly Basis

State-Wide Retention Specialist Definitions: Stop-Out: Student enrolled in Fall 2012, did not complete the program award and has not returned for Spring Stop-Outs receive a non- completer/non-returner survey.

Program Exiter: Based upon responses to survey, a STOP-OUT may be classified as an Exiter. Retention Specialist makes this decision. If a student has not completed their program award and has not enrolled for two consecutive terms, they will be defined as an Exiter.
