What is Bullying? Bullying is any ongoing physical or verbal mistreatment where there is: an imbalance of power and the victim (target) is exposed repeatedly to negative actions on the part of one or more other students. Discuss with a partner what you think bullying is. "Treat others the way you want to be treated" 3
