I come in and check s first, check the news, do any orders that can be done, make up a couple of pages, check stats, write more s, tweak pages... more random stuff. The more sites you are running the more hectic it gets, especially if they sell tangible products that need to be stocked, packed, labelled and shipped. You need to be reasonably organized to do all the things that webmaster s need to do, but still loads of people see it as a dossy job.
