A strong El Nino event is probable late this Fall and Winter, increasing the chances for above normal precipitation across West Central Texas. For the Oct 24 – Oct 30 period…  Temperatures - Odds favor above normal temperatures across Texas.  Precipitation –There are slightly enhanced chances for above normal precipitation across West Central Texas.
