Objectives Understand the 2015 Journey to Excellence requirements. Become familiar with and recognize what information the insight reports tell about a lodge. Realize why these requirements are important to the continuous improvement efforts of a lodge. Use the outputs of the Journey to Excellence Insights to create a plan for improvement.
Journey Definition: A course taken or direction travelled. Improvement is continuous, not an end goal.
