Respondents who are satisfied with the cleanliness of the exterior of Metro Buses is 60%. 343 customers responded to this inquiry.

Conditions observed regularly on Metro Bus: 343 customers responded to this inquiry.

Respondents who are satis- fied with the cleanliness of Metro Bus Shelters is 43%. 7% of respondents do not use shelters during their trips. 343 customers responded to this inquiry.

66 relative comments received. - Favorable More focus appears to be placed on maintaining the level of cleanliness throughout the Metro system than in the past. - Unfavorable Primary concerns are related to soiled seats, gritty floors and odor within the Metro system. 272 customers responded to this inquiry.
