What is C25k? A running training plan to motivate individuals who have been sedentary or have never run before to kick start their first step to being active. Designed to prepare you to run a 5k or 30 minute run in 9 weeks.
What does the training program look like? 9 week program 3 runs per week Each session takes about minutes. Mixes running with brisk walking You can choose to follow the program by measuring time or distance. Progresses from beginner level to a full 5k or 30 minute run.
