Demonstrating Value

Do you know who/ what resources are available to you? Do you know who/ what resources you can provide? Are you positive about what your role is within your Community? Can you prove your worth?

A plain English guide to the Localism Bill (Update June 2011) States: “Voluntary and community groups… carry out some of the most innovative and effective work in public services and we should be encouraging them to get more involved.”

Are you ready for this change?

The Charities Evaluation Service Describes Strategic Planning as: “ The Process of Clarifying the ultimate Goal or Purpose of your organisation as well as what steps you plan to take towards this over the next 3 – 5 years.”

There are 4 steps of the Strategy Process: 1.Clarifying the overall direction 2.Environmental Analysis – Internal and External 3.Options and choices 4.Planning
