Example : OP XX (OP ) Can logged in If Old ID doesn’t exists Contact to Supervisor to get new ID and Password Operator Can’t logged in Get New ID (For new operator id) (For existing operator id) If Old ID exists Help Desk :
3/18/20163 Continuation…… 4) A) If Operator is able to login (with old user id) and no other message displays, then Operator will automatically get a new ID. Please note down your New ID and Password. B) If Operator is not able to login (with old user id) and following message displays “U are not authorized for this machine” or “ You are not authorize for getting new Id ” then contact to supervisor for getting new id and password.
