Subcommittee Meeting Outcome Discussed a plan to post PTCS materials online (need RTF url here) Reviewed RTF approved PTCS Service Providers list Discovered that ECOS needs official RTF approval to be a PTCS Service Provider for the entire region Raised the issue of whether the RTF should/wants to do regular follow-up with Service Providers to ensure compliance with the standards Discussed the need to revise the PTCS Duct Sealing Specifications and agreed to work through the issues via Developed recommended changes to the PTCS Service Provider Standards

PTCS Service Provider Standards – Subcommittee Recommendation #1 Revise the stated purpose of PTCS quality Control and Quality Assurance to focus on the technician.
