Benefitting upland bird, dog, youth, and habitat groups In a recent survey, members of key conservation, dog and youth groups identified cash, marketing exposure to potential members, and gear as their top needs. This initiative supports all three. Wingshooting USA viewers will soon be putting TruckVault’s money where their mouse is … raising funds and the public profile of groups who work on behalf of upland birds, dogs, related conservation, youth and habitat efforts. Viewers will go to TruckVault’s website to vote for their favorite conservation group. They’ll drop a virtual “dog biscuit” into a designated puppy’s bowl for each group. For every kibble, TruckVault will award cash to that group. A custom-built TruckVault will be awarded to a voter chosen at random. Five more first-prize winners chosen at random will receive a TruckVault gear pack including a ShotLock and Truck Tuff dog kennel, Scott Linden Signature Series Real Bird Bumper, and specially-commissioned Frank Hagel upland art print. Tri-Tronics will provide five electronic training collars and Filson will award three $500 gift certificates for apparel.
Benefits to cooperating organizations: National television exposure to potential members, from September, 2011 through August, 2012 on the leading upland bird hunting series, Wingshooting USA. A fun, interactive member benefit and motivation tool with additional downrange promotion and fundraising potential. A chance to “go viral” and create online buzz leading to more funds and exposure … during a similar promotion, the first six pages of Google were about our promotion.
