Essays… The Allegory of the Cave: What conclusions can you draw from “The Allegory of the Cave”? How does it relate to you as a leader? In what caves do you dwell? How are they evident in your Emotional Intelligence? Emotional Intelligence: Describe Emotional Intelligence and explain the importance of self-awareness and self-management. If people developed a way of understanding the world that makes them comfortable, does it matter if it’s false? Should there be an obligation to expose others to the truth regardless of their own perspective and preference? In terms of self-management, what are some fundamental changes you would like to make? What is your plan to make these changes?
