1: Idea of BTH EXPERTS BTH EXPERTS is a web based application for students, researchers and lecturers of the university. They can use it to come together on a single platform for sharing and benefiting from each other ideas, suggestions and experience.

1.1: Scope of the project The scope can be very vast in future, but now we are implementing some useful functionalities that are good for BTH.  For example:  jobs and career recommended by BTH experts’ users  Messaging service is available  Favourites. Contents frequently and most viewed e.g. last week, previous day etc.

 search facilities are also available in this application  Blogs can be created by users.  profile can be added  course groups, user generated groups, field specific groups can be made A friend can be added to buddy list or he/she can be invited to join a group

1.2: CHANGES TO THE SCOPE: The scope is the same till yet as it has been mentioned in the project plan. No change has been occurred, and if it occurs then we will approve it from control plan.

Project manager: monitors and controls the system Senior developer: implementation of the system Requirements analyst and quality manager: data base design, requirements gathering and refining Junior developer: As the system is not that small, so it requires a 2 nd developer for on time close out
